I established Sure Voyager Travel in 1983 with the express purpose of providing
the traveler, whether corporate or leisure with a more personalized booking experience
and an easy travel experience.
23 years later we are still providing just such a service through the original process
of developing a relationship with the company and the traveler and better consultation
at the time the booking is made.
Of course travel has changed somewhat over the years and so too has my business
with the implementation of different processes, more streamlined booking and accounting
systems and reservation systems whether traditional or internet based being used.
Size is vital in Travel. Smaller and more personalized is better for the client
/ agent relationship but for the Agency working on your behalf being part of the
Sure Group, SA’s 2nd largest Travel group brings to you benefits in purchasing power
with preferred partners and leverage with important issues like waiting lists and
priority requests.
We of course provide all the required services a good Corporate or discerning leisure
traveler needs from their Agent – taking care of everything from consultation to
final departure.
We work with every product available and provide advice on any travel related issue
you might have.
We have a sophisticated back office accounting system to assist us with the monitoring
of Travel Spend which our clients find invaluable, providing you with a flexible
program of MIS on a monthly basis.
Much of our ticketing and documentation is electronically generated so we seldom
deliver things personally but when the need arises we could work in conjunction
with one of our associate Sure offices for overnight deliveries to be made.
